Our Facebook group is private, so you'll need to await approval after joining. The Facebook page is where residents can share announcements, photos, etc. with other members of the community.
Julie Gabala at Covenant maintains an events calendar. Eventually, Urban Monarch should maintain events in their Events section of AppFolio, but for now they still don't.
We no longer maintain an email list. Urban Monarch maintains the official email list. We use our Facebook group for most informal announcements.
We no longer host shared documents like we used to. Now, Urban Monarch maintains the shared documents. You can access them by logging in to your Urban Monarch AppFolio account and visiting the Sahred Documents seciton.
